Stevyn has been the Vice-President at Smithbridge Guam since April 2003, and is a valued member of the Smithbridge Guam team. Steve's early career experience in the practical aspects of contracting, combined with his personable character, enables Steve to manage an efficient and happy working team.

Smithbridge Guam Inc. 2000 - current	Vice-President	Commenced with Smithbridge Guam has Contracts Manager when the company was looking to branch into mechanical engineering. In April 2003, Steve became Vice-President at Smithbridge Guam and has since been resonsible for overseeing operations. Steve's personable character and extensive experience makes him a valuable asset to the Guam team.
Smithbridge Australia 2001 - current	Director	Established civil contracting business in Australia to emulate successes in New Zealand. Introduced a new Managing Director in 2005 and now provides a supporting role until 2010. He is currently group managing director which includes responsibility for Smithbridge Australia.
Smithbridge New Zealand 1998 - 2000	Mechanical Subcontracts Manager	Specialist, heavy civil engineering and bridge construction. Mechanical subcontracts manager, coordinating outside mechanical contractors predominately for the Gull Petroleum project, Mt Maunganui, NZ.
Page and Macrae Ltd 1984 - 1998	General Manager	Began with Page and Macrae as Ship Repair Manager for four years, then moved into Operations Manager in 1989. After completing studies in management, moved in to a Contracts Manager role in 1993, and then General Manager in 1996.
Field Site Services 1983-1984	Fabrication Foreman	General engineering contractors specializing in the forestry and lumber industry.
Davison Engineering 1981-1982	Site Super Intendent	Specialist meat works equipment, manufacturers and installers.
Colston Landon Engineering 1978-1981	Workshop Foreman	Hydraulic equipment designer and manufacturer – specializing in elevated platforms, bucket trucks, and self propelled orchard picking equipment.
